This monumental sculpture is located in Liaoning Province, China. The main material is perforated sheet stainless steel with red color paint. It was a monument for a power station in the Ying Na River. The monument's height is 21.9 meters. Its inside structure is mild steel. The top water drop was made of stainless steel with a mirror finish.
