About the gold leaf bronze Buddha Statue

The 4.5meters high cast bronze Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva Statue with gold leaf finish has been commissioned to our Buddha factory in 2019 by the Kong Meng San Phor Kark See Monastery.

Based on the renderings provided by KMSPKS, we can start the bronze Buddha statue fabrication from 1:1 clay mold. The subsequent production processes are carried out successively after confirmation of the clay mold, FRP duplication, silicon mold replication and bronze casting process. 
Gold foil gilding is proceed after casting, surface treatment of puttying, primer, as well as the adhesive sizing applying.  A good tinsel master can make the surface of gold foil smooth and flat without obvious gaps. This gold Bronze Ksitigarbha Budhisattva sculpture was finally installed at rooftop of Pu An Columbarium at KMSPKS Monastery in Singapore.
With the sunlight, the gold leaf finish is reflecting and shining in golden color as Buddha’s Light.

Pakaging & Loading

This casted bronze Buddha Statue is a relatively large size sculpture, taking the considertation of the transportaiton safety, the load-bearing aspects of packaging as well as the feasible installation scheme, a proper steel frame fit for sculpture size is designed and conform to the container as the same time.

Multiple soft inner packagings to fully protect the sculpture surface and the targeted design of steel frame bring conveniences to the loading as well as hoisting during on-site installation.
