More than 1 year, we have completed the Discovery Slides fabrication and site installation, which is an important part to the most attractive airport in the world - Singapore Jewel Changi Airport, has been opended on 17 April 2019.
The Discovery Slides were made by mirror polished stainless steel, the slides is an art sculpture as well. It will be treated as the first large-scale mirror polished sculptural art piece in Singapore; it was made up of four integrated slides - two tube slides and two sliding surfaces - of varying heights to provide children and the young-at-heart with hours of sliding fun.

The first stainless steel with mirror polished project we installed in Signagpre is a Dia 450cm Bar Counter. It was installed in a resturant, called Smoke & Mirrors, which is located in National Gallery Singapore.

The Discovery Slides were made by 316L stainless steel with mirror polishing. Overall weight is about 18tons, and dimension is L20m X W15m X H6.4m; It was made by hand forging, not casting. Forging can keep the smoothness and same thickness of the facade, to achieve high mirror polished finish.
Fabrication Process in Sino Sculpture Factory.
Sino sent their crews to the airport for assembling and installation. As the site was inside. The assembling work was full of difficulty. Working together with local techincians, Sino sculpture oversea crews completed the isntallation end of 2018.
